There are only 5 ways to get rich
There are only 5 ways to get rich
“Being
rich is more of a state of mind than a currency amount. The truth is
, rich can be poor and the poor can be rich.”
One
reason why millions of people have no margin in their lives is that
they spend more than they earn. Debt is easily accessible and social
media is causing all kinds of unforeseen outcomes. More people are
unhappy and yet acquiring ever more things,
We
all want to travel the world, buy homes, cars, etc, at all costs.
people fund their lifestyles with debt and continue to dig deeper
with no end in sight.
Debt
is a like a drug because it is easy to acquire and has a potential to
destroy one’s life.
Another
reason most people spend more than they earn is that they’re with
or married to the wrong partner.
This
will sound controversial but there is a direct link between being
with the right partner and becoming wealthy.
But
luckily we are here to offer you 5 advices to start to change your
lives, above all they will require commitment and sacrifice of
believed “ things ” in our daily routine.
1-
Investing.
Invest
money in stocks, bonds, or other vehicles of investment that will
give you an annual return on investment (ROI) great enough to sustain
you in your retirement. Choose good stocks with solid fundamentals
and excellent leadership in industries that are primed for future
growth. Then let your stock sit.
2-
Invest your free time.
you
might like having free time, so you give yourself a few hours a day
to do nothing. But if you were to invest those few hours into getting
rich, you could work towards having 20 years of free time (24 hours a
day!) with early retirement.
3-
Avoid purchases that are likely to depreciate rapidly.
Spending
on a car is sometimes considered a waste because it's likely that it
won't be worth half that much in five years, regardless of how much
work you put into it. As soon as you drive a new car off the lot, it
depreciates about 20%-25% in value and continues to do so each year
you own it.
4-
Don't spend money on stupid stuff.
Spend
over the earnings on things that you don't need. It's hard enough
making a living but when you go on this way you probably will dig
even dipper the role. Here are some things you probably don't want to
spend that much money on if you plan on becoming rich:
Lottery
tickets
First
Class plane tickets
Drinks
at clubs or candy at cinemas.
Eating
out on a daily basis
5-
Stay Rich.
It's
hard to get rich, but it's even harder to stay rich. Your wealth is
always going to be affected by the market, and the market has its ups
and downs. If you get too comfortable when times are good, you'll
quickly drop back to square one when the market hits a slump.
